Re: Judge Blocks Obama's Moratorium I can't believe it, but I agree with you 100%. This is bad business for La. A double whammy to our economy. The judge was right, it was arbitrary. It appears that their is gathering evidence that BP was pressuring the drillers into shortcuts, that, with their poor track record for incidents, in comparison to ExxonMobile for example, is quite possibly the exception, not the rule. While I doubt that any other company could handle a leak of this size any better, I don't think there's enough evidence to shut down all deep water drilling.
