  1. Riiiight.

No, I have added that we are subsidizing a profitable foreign company to do what we are banning here. You can keep trying to misrepresent this or claim that it is irrelevant. It isn't. You must marginalize or ignore this because it shows how moronic this administration is about the current moratorium. Good luck with that.
  2. It's obvious. Barack is in bed with Soros. The moratorium in the Gulf only helps the Brazilian company.
  3. Here is a bit more for you to jam in your pipe and smoke:

Hmmmm, that looks good doesn't it?

    Safety first right?

I seem to recall some bs claim about assembling all the facts. Yeah, that's what it was.

8 of 15 experts - 53%. Isn't that about the margin of victory for the president's election? How ironic.

Not dumb...arrogant as hell...but not dumb.
  5. Re: Judge Blocks Obama's Moratorium

Not to mention spiteful that someone had the audacity to tell him he was wrong.
  6. Re: Judge Blocks Obama's Moratorium

I can't believe it, but I agree with you 100%.

This is bad business for La. A double whammy to our economy. The judge was right, it was arbitrary.

It appears that their is gathering evidence that BP was pressuring the drillers into shortcuts, that, with their poor track record for incidents, in comparison to ExxonMobile for example, is quite possibly the exception, not the rule.

While I doubt that any other company could handle a leak of this size any better, I don't think there's enough evidence to shut down all deep water drilling.

Just say no to the environmental whack jobs Barry!

Go back and review safety and enact tougher standards but don't halt the industry and kill the state in the process.

The judge has ruled which truly benefits you. Let go of your ego and let us get back to business.
  8. Re: Judge Blocks Obama's Moratorium

Why? He simply applied the law as written. Obama's actions were a political ploy, pure and simple. The appeal should be of no concern because it's getting bounced right back to the 5th Circuit in NOLA where the presiding judge has Transocean stock in his portfolio I read on another forum.

    Washington D.C. - 15
    Louisiana - 1

    Finally...
  9. Re: Judge Blocks Obama's Moratorium

Because I have seen plenty of judges ignore the law and rule to their ideology in the past. And on far less important issues. The concept of judicial activism, on either side should not be a foreign concept to you.
