1. Who makes drunken chicken, AKA beer can chicken? My previous attamts ended in fialure because I always had trouble making it stand upright without falling.

    Anyway I was at a Bass Pro Shops last weekend and found a little stand made just for this purpose, so here I go again.

    -Any favorite recipies?
    -Do you add seasoning to the beer can itself, or just on the bird? Maybe some liquid smoke?
    -12 oz or 16 oz beer can?
    -I'm sure its easier to regulate temperature in an oven. But how much better is it on the grill? Is it worth it?
    -etc.?
