1. in case you're interested. wasnt listed in paper.

tiger tied for 5th, 3 shots back thru 13.

he wont be winning this one but monty wont either.

david toms is 5 shots back in the pga open thingy at 2 pm.
  2. Tiger brought a smile to every weekend golfer, as he hit 2 shots that we all hit on a regular basis. He hit a fat 3 wood that went less then 150 yards. Then he chili-dipped a pitch shot just off the green that rolled back into the sand.

    Guess he really is human...
  3. not really. just birdied the last 3 holes. :hihi: :hihi:

only 2 back with 3 to go.
  4. I made the mistake of switching over to ESPN during a commercial. I didn't realize it was tape delayed on the golf channel. I saw the final results ... talk about a bummer.
  5. guess ill turn it off now, thanks.
  6. I guess the missed 5 footer for birdie on 16 killed Tiger's chances.
  7. Been there, done that.

I did the same thing switching over to ESPN during a break. I saw Tigers scorecard but switched back before they announced the winner.
  8. I looked it up on the internet. Didn't realize it was on TV, otherwise I would have watched it while trying to avoid seeing who won.

Why Tirk even came back to read what was said in this thread is beyond me. Quite silly I 'spose.
  9. why wouldnt I? Being overseas I figured it was live.
  10. Looks like them Dubai people like to start early as it appears the last pair of golfers teed off about 11 AM their time (I think Dubai is 9 hours ahead of EST). It played at 2 AM EST. Golf tournaments here wouldn't have the final pair starting til about 1:30 or 2 PM.
