Yeah this is really bad for LSU actually. VTech is a solid bubble team now (nice oxymoron huh?). But Duke was a team that has been winning with less talent than years past and it has finally caught up with them. They will be a big non-factor come tourney time.

Va Tech is 13-10, but they are 4th place in easily the best conference in the country. That will mean something come selection time if they stay there.
VT was ranked 117th in the RPI before beating Duke. This win will bump them into the top 100 ... not exactly what I call a bubble team. They would have to win several more games in a row to be considered a bubble team.
