Just watched film on this kid for the first time from the Elite college combine and WOW! He looked amazing. 6'6" thinner version than Russell, but Russell looked a lot like that at his age. His release was very high and very quick like Russell's. Seemed to have uncanny touch and chunked the ball with little effort. LSU and FSU seem to be in the thick of it with Miami. Virginia and Maryland seemed to have the edge at first. His interview was phenomenal as well. Seems very well coached and very aware of how people receive him. Careful to not come off cocky. Re: E.J. Manuel He visited FSU this past weekend. Reported to commit on Wednesday. Very likely it's FSU. He's been leaning strongly that way for a while now.

Manuel He was impressed with Florida State- tight-nit group, family oriented.......also gave props to Jimbo Fisher's and his offensive style, development of QB's, and PT opportunities there but, supposedly said his list of 11 schools remained the same and he was still open. Would be surprised to see an announcement Wednesday.
Ive also heard its between FSU and LSU with FSU being the strong favorite. With everything said regarding how much Manual liked his FSU visit, the FSU coaches, and with Drew Weatherford and Xavier Lee on the way out....it looks like its gonna be FSU.
