Early Doucet #9 ?

    Heh, I was going on last weeks post too, I thought Doucet was 9 and XC was 14, maybe I did have them switched, but if he signed 9, then I guess he is #9.

    I like the number 6. That being the number of points being put on the board time and time again by these 2 receivers in the next 3 to 4 years.

    That's why Jerome Bettis wore #6 at ND. I think it given to him as some kind of recruiting tactic. So I've heard.

    you can resize the image and/or cut and paste the signature. Open the image up in paint and reduce it some.

    The first LSU receiver that I can remember with a single digit jersey number WAS fast - but it was because he was a track star (sprinter) that I used to watch at Bernie Moore as well...

    That would be #3, Al Coffee...

    In the 1971 Orange Bowl, he caught a 31 yard TD pass from Buddy Lee to give the Tigs a 12-10 lead...that later evaporated in a disappointing 17-12 loss...
