Yup, and you're the one slinging it.
It may have just seized full control in this admin. but are you trying to say that Cheney, Woflowwitz et. al. just began exhorting politcal influence in W's admin? Like I said, you're the one slinging it. BTW, Rumsfield is a neo-con in every sense of the word, and those guys have always had that political philosophy, to claim it just manifested itself in the last administation is bs.
You think mine doesn't go back very far, and I think your's is damn selective, difference is I didn't make a smart ass comment and try to insult you.
We agree there.
What liberal then? And don't give me some obscure think tank bullchit, Tell me what elected, goverment official, either in the executive or legislative branch, who was a liberal democrat who intiated a neo-con agenda.
I don't like extreme radical conservatism or liberalism. I would guess most of the public is moderate, some leaning a little left, some a little right.
Extremism is especally prevalent in the nomination process, which at times has caused moderates from both parties to be weeded out, leaving extreme's on both sides, leaving moderates voting for the lesser of two evils, in their minds.
Two of the most recent effective presidents were moderates. Reagan and Clinton.
