After getting rid of the aforementioned filibuster the house and senate will pass a bill that the President will sign which will place an 18 year term limit on the Supreme Court members. This would result in Roberts and Thomas leaving immediately. Biden will replace them both with moderates like Merrick Garland and the court will be 5-4 in our favor. This isn't court packing. It's legal and it's fair. If Republicans want to replace the outgoing justices they will need to win the Presidency and the Senate.

2. Most don't want their taxes raised. You're a fool if you believe it's only going to be those making 400k or more.
