Well it's been a week and while I support Trump's legal right to make his case in court, it appears his case is high on accusations and nil on evidence. As I said a week ago, in a court of law facts still matter and if Trump's attorneys cannot provide evidence to support their accusations their cases will be dismissed quickly. I've lost count at how many have been unceremoniously thrown out to date, but to my knowledge not a single one of them has provided a shred of evidence. @LSUpride123 has posted several "affadavits" and other supposed evidence but since these are not cutting the mustard with actual judges then we have to assume that the sources for those items were questionable, at best. Members of Trump's own administration called the elections the securest ever. I don't know what metrics he used to reach that conclusion but the fact that an acting member of Trump's own administration was willing to go public and say as much is telling. I said a week ago that Trump has the right to have his day in court but we are quickly approaching a point where further delays in transitioning could have national security ramifications. I think Biden has done a good job of not goading Trump or his voters and that is more than I can say for Trump when he was elected. I believe his words were, "get over it." He also called his victory a "landslide." When it is all certified Biden will likely have the exact number of electoral votes that Trump had in his "landslide" except Biden has enough class not to mention it. That's Presidential and refreshing. Everyday that goes by that Trump refuses to at least cooperate with the transition, whether he elects to concede or not, is only endangering Americans here at home.
