  4. I agree. Two points. First while he’s a great promoter and deal maker he can’t run a business for shit. Second he may be exposed for tax fraud with some of his actions. He pushes the line on his valuation and loss claims. He got a $75MM refund that’s being questioned right now. If it’s rejected he’ll owe over $100MM including interest and penalties. I’m not saying he’s a crook but if you fly too close to the flame you’ll get burned.
  5. I am going to assume the 75 M refund was from before 2015. If so dont you think he would have made more than 25M from keeping the capital in his company for those years. I ain't saying it's right but its probably a fair assessment.
  6. i really dont care about the personal foibles of candidates. policy is the relevant part. he can be a bank robber rapist for all i care if he legalizes weed, doenst start any more wars and increases free trade

  7. You just dont understand the US tax laws man. It can be more profitable to use the system.

In fact, that is EXACTLY what AMAZON has done for many years. I believe this was the 1st time they paid taxes since 2016..... But you know, this is a loaded scenario. In many cases, the benefits these business offer; employment, payroll, economy, etc, FAR outweigh the perceived negative of no fed tax.
