    Didn't bother reading the article. Still hung up on the years we had enough TE depth for 2 teams and never used it. I'm inferring from the OP that the current staff wants to change that.....we'll see.

    Randy Moss' son is 6'3" 225, which is kind of small for a TE. But his height is an advantage if we can get him the ball and he can run block. It will definitely add an element to the offense; especially if Pettigrew continues to develop. There will be opportunities for both of them in the RPO type offense we'll probably see a lot of.

    Not having my football IQ questioned in every thread you post in is another reason to enjoy baseball (and this year basketball) season. :p

    You weren't in this thread when I mentioned IQ so don't understand your sensitivity. Football IQ is in question when someone can't understand why you need not only good TE's but enough to run a 2 TE set with backups. We had one good healthy TE last year. Not having that is fundamentally a problem for an offense. Sorry just my view.
