1. Insider stuff.. here is the remarks on LSU..

    " The LSU players have remarked several times this spring that they're having more contact under first-year coach Les Miles than they did under his predecessor, Nick Saban. "We're a lot more physical in practice," junior tailback Alley Broussard said. "We have to hit to be ready for the big games. There might be a greater chance of us getting hurt, but you have to be physical in the SEC." Broussard said he can see Miles tapering off on the full contact once the preseason rolls around, then joked, "But right now, it's smash-mouth football. It's like the Billy Cannon days."
  2. Nice to see young players know who Billy Cannon is.
  3. In my opinion, if you don't know who Billy Cannon is, you have no business playing football for LSU.
  4. sounds like someone's been listening to buddy songy.
  5. I agree. The list of felons should be posted in the locker room.
  6. :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

    OMG, no sacred cows here!
  7. I can't wait to see Alley, Joe and Justin destroy run defenses around the country this year......
  8. i think thats a good point about the physicality of the SEC. i really believe that the "smashmouth" practices will help them more than hurt them in the long run.
  9. If you don't know who Billy Cannon is, you don't have any business playing in the SEC, let alone for LSU.....
  10. No one in Georgia knows who Billy Cannon is....same with Tennessee, imo.
