Does anyone have access to ESPN Insider on their website? There's a Herbstreit article on LSU controlling its own destiny. Maybe someone can post it here...

    Thanks!

I posted some espn insider stuff on here before and the mods deleted it... I wonder how long this will last...

on a side note, the espn insider deal is well worth it, I think it's like 25 dollars/year, and you also get espn the magazine... which kinda sucks but the info on the site alone is good enough to warrant 2 bucks a month.

It is fine as long as you do not post an entire article off a pay site.

I agree but shouldn't Kirk, who covers college football for ESPN for a living, know that the #7 team in the country is playing this week ? Its not like our schedule being impacted by Katrina is some big dark secret.

Exactly! Not to hate on anyone or anything but, c'mon, it's $2 a month (okay, about 2.09).

Or approximately 68 cents a day, to look at it another way.

I think paying 68 cents a day to avoid having to type, "Hey, I don't have ESPN Insider, could you please post what was said about LSU today" is a pretty small price to pay...but that's just me.

While I agree with your sentiments, not everyone has a lot of entertainment money. When you say $2 a month, it doesn't sound like a lot. But $20 a year to TF, $25 a year to ESPN, $25 here, $30 there, things start adding up.

That being said, I agree that ESPN Insider seems to be a decent deal. The problem I have is that it seems every month I visit ESPN.com, something else that used to be free is now insider only. Pretty soon the only things they will have for free will be AP articles.
