I didn't see anyone else post it but I'm sorry if this is a repeat.

I thought it was a good article. At least he is getting some national recognition from ESPN. The media has pretty much ignored his great ASU game, but they will put Brady Quinn in the Heisman race after one game.

Something they mentioned in the article that I noticed in the ASU game but I didn't mention it in the forum b/c I was too busy complaining about Pelini.

But I noticed with all the dropped balls and occasional mistakes on offense, Jamarcus never got upset or threw a fit, never went to the WR's and had words with them, but he just clapped his hands once and looked at the sidelines to get the play. He was so focused on doing his job well that it didn't bother him that guys dropped perfect passes. He would've been 22-29 with no INT's if the WR's had caught all his passes. That's incredible.

He handled himself really well and kept plugging away at. He was never flustered or anything. He was like a rock that game and I can't wait to watch him on Monday.

J-Rock has never been the type of guy that gets noticably frustrated with his team mates. He was like that all through high school. As I've said before, he was always at his best when having to make crucial plays while improvising which he is showing us at LSU.

He has always seemed to be a kid who is more attuned to what it takes to win rather than who to blame when things go wrong. Like a great golfer who puts the last stroke behind him. The other thing I like about him is that he always seems to be working on getting better and doesn't fall back on what would be the easiest for him to do. You can see it in his decisions. It doesn't always work, but he takes the risk. He is confident enough to accept the challenge to excel.

I wouldn't expect something so smart from someone who supports Auburn!

I liked what I saw from JaMarcus a lot! He looked in control of the offense, could have gotten frustrated with the drops, but didn't. I think Jimbo called a great game. I liked all 3 running backs.

The thing with JaMarcus, is he is still a redshirt sophomore. He didn't look as polished as a Sr. type of QB. I think he has significant upside, there is a lot he can learn from Jimbo. If he develops as much from soph. to Sr. as Jason Campbell did, we will be in for a real treat in a few years in Tigertown.

I just like the attitude he has...

He always thinks he is the best player out there, and that he is destined to be one of the best ever...

    You have to love that
