Last Wednesday I was travelling from Alabama to Tennessee and during my 7 hour drive I listened to ESPN radio on Sirius. For most of the trip from Mike and Mike, to Cowherd, Van Pelt and on and on, I had to put up with all the "What If" scenarios. Today, I'm making a return trip to Alabama and I thoroughly expected to hear some discussion that was maybe a little more postive towards LSU and what they've accomplished and MAYBE a "I was wrong"....something like that. I also thought there might be some debate on who should be number 2, as we've had on this forum. Let me just say, there is a lot of Bama love on the Mothership.

Instead, all you hear all day is UM to tOSU and Mrs. Fine on tape. Nothing on LSU/Georgia. ESPN is doing backflips over UM and they predict he will win a NC in 3 years or less. They're dying for anyone but the SEC.

Van Pelt and Russillo discussed the BCS but their comments were anti-BCS because since LSU and Bama seem to be locks, the last week of the season doesn't matter. The only important games this week involve whether enough teams lose to bump Michigan into the top 14 so they get a BCS bid.

Anyway, guess I need to lower my expectations. I seriously got the impression that all the hosts and guests on the shows were highly disappointed that Arkansas did not win and throw a monkey wrench into the system.

Forgot the most important comment. On Cowherd his one comment on the BCS is that he checked with Vegas odds makers and was told that on a neutral site, other than against Bama, LSU is at least a 7 point favorite against EVERY OTHER TEAM IN THE NATION, and against most of those we are a double digit favorite.

if i wasnt an lsu fan i wouldnt watch either remaining game. they are irrelevant. thats the main reason osu will be picked unless they screw it up against ou.

Cowherd, earlier in the year, picked Alabama over us and Carolina over the Saints, same breath. They all hate all of us.

    b_leblanc That's just my game...

Espn sucks all around. They're just as if not more biased than the rest of the national media.
