ESPN radio just interviewed Kirk Herbstriet (sp?) and he called the LSU job a top 5 job in the country. I knew it all along, but am surprised that he agrees. He also believes that the job is too dynamic for a Les Miles or Petrino, and that Butch Davis is the best candidate that he has heard of so far. I can't say that I disagree. I am beginning to lose interest in Petrino and I already lost interest Les Miles.
We lose interest in a candidate, because his fans are mad at him for showing interest in our job, which puts him in a negative light. What is that? Irony?
