1. OK, seriously now. It's time for you to go back to where you came from. We don't go to your boards and bash your school, or hometown. You need to back the phuck up for a little while. You probably haven't even been to NOLA in your life, yet you still make these assinine remarks every chance you get. It's getting really phucking old and it needs to stop, so your carry your sorry Irish worshipping @$$ elsewhere. We don't want to hear it anymore!

  2. Only people from New Orleans and her surrounding areas are allowed to criticize her. New Orleans has more history and culture on one street than your whole state has combined. That's a fact. Please talk about something that you know about, like Boy Bands or bunyans and leave our mighty football team, City, State, and Region out of your comments, please. Thanks for your understanding.:yelwink2:
  3. Given the current situation, there is some truth to what you're saying but for you to enter it into a football conversation is uncalled for.

    Remember these images on television?

In the context we're speaking of, football games, how many ND fans got mugged, shot at, etc. The only ones "Killed" and "Raped" were wearing football uniforms like the one below...and even that was figuratively speaking.

  4. The stadium is the crown jewel of college football. Its the equivalent of what Fenway is to major league baseball or what Lambeau Stadium is to the NFL.
  5. the stadium was absolute crap and the crowd was a snoozfest of old farts which is the exact opposite of the atmosphere at lambeau or fenway.

id liken it to vanderbilt as long as it wasnt their homecoming week.

  6. It's the same way at Tennessee but they always seem to be at the top of these "best college stadium" lists. Is there a list for best college atmosphere? Because those lists can't possibly include that.

  7. Actually, Tennessee seems to hold the #1 spot.....Notre Dame is in the top 5. BUT LSU is #2!!!!!!!

According to this old article anyway:

  8. I can agree with this.

But this has to be one of the coolest things you'd ever see at a football game. It deserves more than a 7.

  9. Tracy McGrady has come out and said he might skip next year's All-Star game because he doesn't feel safe in NOLA. And, this was just after Billy Hunter, the players rep for NBA, had also expressed some concerns about having the game in NOLA.
