Just trying to call it like I see it. I'll still watch every game and am clinging to the hope that Miles will prove me wrong (again).

If you weren't an LSU fan, you would not be impressed by the Tigers.

Oklahoma and Ohio State with losses already as well... I'm sure they'd like to be 3-0.

Apparently you don't remember the first 4 games of last season.

I haven't given up all hope, and it is good to have beaten all three opponents, especially the team that wiped the smirk off of ole Petey. I'm just concerned, but like I've said before, we've won a NC with football that didn't look a lot different than what we're seeing now.

I am an LSU fan and still not impressed. Maybe they are just playing down to their competition? I don't know. The win agains UW sure looks better now for sure. I, like everyone else was hoping to see a much more productive offense and a little less flexible of a defense. I am still saving hope that they just haven't shown all the cards yet but hope is fading. The bright side is Fla looks a lot less impressive when not playing a Jr college team. Tenn might be dangerous if they had an offense at all. Time will tell. Geaux Tigers!!

I'm still not impressed with our play this season. Sure, JJ has done what's necessary to win, but he still lacks a few things. I know, I know, he's young and only has a few starts under his belt, I will give him that. But the biggest issue I saw (or heard, rather) was not being able to hit wide open receivers with the long ball. I believe he had a few throws that were underthrown and almost intercepted. This is something that has been mentioned about him more than a few times. Hopefully he can correct that.

The way we've played the past three games is not going to win us any games when we get into the meat of the SEC schedule. We definitely need better play all around.

And before somebody goes and says I'm not an LSU fan for these thoughts, sit back and try and look at the situation with the purple and gold glasses off. I have faith in this team to get better, but so far I'm not impressed.

Agreed. It's not like we are pulling against our team. The fact is this is a football saavy board and we know the way we are playing now won't hold up against UGA, UF, Alabama, Ole Miss and ARK.
