Ive been killing the tostitos avocado salsa lately. Bought two jars this past trip.

On some Tuesday Nights, the Farmers Only Dot Com whores from Bogalusa and Poplarville come to the ranch and one of them fries us up some of those home made Hubig Pies

Makes dough with butter, lard, sea salt, sugar and can do a dozen quicker than I can drive to Wiggins to get 3 cases of beer for poker game.

She uses castor sugar and condensed milk for the frosting and damn if it doesn’t taste like a GD Hubig ... but fresher ... She even dents the end of the dough with a fork.

Well, maybe not. Just ate a whole box of them fuggers and though there is no room for another, I damn sure want another.
