I've got to lean with the cornbread dressing. I only eat it at Thanksgiving & Christmas but I always have a second helping and leftovers for a couple of days after. I've acquired a taste for the cranberry roll even though I only eat it twice a year. Of course no Thanksgiving dinner is complete without the pecan pie.

Fried turkey with white meat, dirty rice (I refuse to call it rice dressing), English peas, Cranberries, and wash it down with Iced Tea

Fried or smoked turkey (white meat only) cornbread dressing with or without oysters and candied yams. I usually get one of those spiral cut honey hams too

Sweet Potato casserole (my special recipe). It is not bad for Christmas either.

Mom's cornbread dressing.:thumb: I wish I had her recipe. I have developed a pretty good one over the years but still can't match hers.

Grandma's wasn't too bad either. I forgot about the candied yams. Easy to do when you only eat 'em twice a year.

My better half makes a pretty mean green bean casserole with the multiple cream soups and onion rings. :thumb:

My in-laws make it with lump crabmeat. Hands down my favorite!

I would prefer the lump crabmeat to oysters. Sounds good.
