went on the hunt for some shell cracker beds yesterday. Failed miserably but did manage to get a couple dozen good size bluegills. No beds for those either though just singles scattered around. No pick of the fish till they were fried today for lunch. Also grabbed 6 big frogs out of the pond last night that we fried with the bream.
Damn! I wanted to go fishing today but it's really windy out. After seeing that the best I can do today is go to the deli at a local supermarket and buy some fried catfish
Wind is ridiculous it was tough had to get tucked up in protected spots even in the river and just anchor could hardly do anything with trolling motor
