I bought it after Katrina. It went underwater during Katrina and was completely redone from top to bottom so the effective age of the house is like 4 years old. The insurance is about $300 yr. for flood, $400 yr for Hazard and about $1200 yr for wind/hail. Taxes are about $750yr.

That's where it is. The Hollywood Casino is, literally, a 5 minute boatride away....5 minute car ride, too.
