I was riding my bike Saturday down the levee path and decided to go down South Stadium through campus. As I was going by the practice facility I stopped and looked through the fence. There was nothing going on at the time but there were pretty big holes in the fence where I could see everything with no problem. Question is what is to stop me if I wanted to watch an actually practice? Do they run you off if you are outside the fence?
