    Had no idea. Miles fatigue has me sluggish on football even after he has been gone for almost a year.

    NCAA instituted a new rule last year.

    If you travel to play AT Hawaii you can choose to play a 13th game OR a second bye week.

    Most everyone playing today is utilizing the 13th game and thus BYU is playing Portland State a week earlier than most of the CFB world.

    BYU is having trouble moving the ball on Portland State. They may not score next week if there is even a game.
