    Monday, Triple-A Iowa infielder Mike Fontenot was named the Pacific Coast League’s Hitter of the Week for May 7-13. The 26-year-old enters play Monday with a hit in 10 consecutive games.

    He also got called up today and got a double on his first major league at bat.
