1. I was thinking....Since usually opening games for big teams are small that the show College Gameday on ESPN might make the trip down to the Bayou. Are there any bigger opening games that they would want to go to? Post your comments.....:geaux:
  2. Thats hoping. Not sure of the other games that weekend. That would likely be LSUs best shot to host Gameday, since there aren't that many BIG home games, although Alabama and Ole Miss have some small potential.
  3. Miami plays FSU, Monday Sep. 6. Other than that we are the biggest game that weekend. We might be able to get Kirk and Lee back down here.
  4. Isn't ESPN going to air the LSU-OSU game?
  5. I hadn't heard that anyone had committed to air the game. Need to check that on ESPN and see if they show it yet.
  6. No confirmation yet, but it was reported in one of the Oregon newspapers that ESPN would pick up this game.
  7. OK Thanks.
  8. ESPN has no more respect for the LSU football program now that we have won the National Championship than it did all season long. If they did pick up the game the stupid commentators would talk about the "upcoming OSU vs USC game"the entire broadcast. These morons were in denial this past season concerning our program and just from what I'm hearing and reading from their useless headquarters they still are. I said it before and say it again; someday espn will come crawling to LSU and beg to show the football games. I hope everyone remembers how much they disrespected the entire team, school and state last year. (Anyone remember Buttpaste?) Screw 'em.
  9. Give me a break ... ESPN loves broadcasting LSU games from Tiger Stadium!
  10. TigerWins, Who wouldnt!? :)
