    "I signed on Friday," Garrett told TigerBait.com over the weekend. "It wasn't actually my letter of intent. It was my financial aid papers and a letter of agreement. I'm ready to get there and see what I can do.

    Garrett plans on leaving his home in Tupelo at 5 a.m. on January 9 to arrive in Baton Rouge, set his class schedule up and move into his new home on campus
