If they lose to vandy,im pretty sure he is out. Do we let our offense steadily improve or offer Chizik the OC job and see if he takes it. Just a radical thought that would probably never happen.

Chizik probably isn't going anywhere and it's not because the AU faithful thinks he's a good coach. AU football is a tangled mess of certain wealthy AU boosters and former coach Pat Dye actually having a lot of control over the program/coach. They need someone they can control, right now that looks like Gene Chizik.
Gus Malzahn was his offensive guru. He left and went to Arkansas State. Gus would be a good replacement for Arkansas.
He is out regardless if they beat Vandy or not. They have to deal with his buyout. But Jizzsack is gone by Jan 1st....
