"and this guy David Pollack, his motor is always running. I know that he isnt making the kinda plays he made in his sophomore year but his motor is always running and he is the best player in college football blah, blah, blah" :dis:

Bring it on! It will be all the better when his motor runs in reverse on Saturday afternoon between da hedges...
Pollack is a hell of a talent, but he is a long way from the best player in college football. He's not even the best defensive end in the SEC, Spears is. He had two sort-of-average games against LSU last year and LSU fans aren't very impressed. But they say Pollack has dropped weight and gained speed this year. Speedy DE's have given Livings and Whitworth some trouble this season. We'll see on Saturday.
I hear that Pollack is improved from last year but I just get beaten down on the media hype on this kid. He's a good player but jeez.
Pollock isn't all that much of a standout athlete by himself, but when you add him to the total Georgia defense, he becomes a play maker. Greg Blue is the best pure athlete on the Georgia defense followed by Thomas Davis, Odell Thurman and Kendric Golston. Pollock is number 5 in terms of talent, but he draws a great deal of attention because of his personality on the field. Odell Thurman will be back, after a three game suspension, to plug up the middle of the linebacking crew, so Georgia will field a very solid defense on Saturday. The Georgia offense has all kinds of talent and weapons on paper but has yet to put a complete offensive effort onto the field. The LSU 17 to UGA 13 prediction is very realistic if the Georgia offense doesn't step it up a notch. If the UGA offense puts it all together, UGA could realistically score 20+.
I'm surprised he wasn't the SEC Player of the Week even though UGA had an open date. I mean, just his presence on a field makes all the difference...even if he's sitting on his butt.
:hihi: ... and then you woke up ... It'll take two games against LSU to score 20 points ... Funny, they were talking GA scoring 40 last year in Baton Rouge ... :hihi: Ten points, meat ... if you're lucky ... twenty points :hihi: ... this meat thinks he's facing the South Carolina Defense
http://www.strangecock.com/2004georgia.html I got the biggest kick out of this when UGA played South Carolina
