Thanks for the NC and the memories.

Now that his tenure is officially over, it is time to move on.

Exactly. It's time to clean house, hire a new staff, wipe the slate clean and look forward to the 2005 season. These last two plus weeks have been an unreal ride I don't want to repeat any time soon.

Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, the last play was a mistake by the players, not coaches.

Only will go so far in blaming the coaches

All I am saying is that it is over and time to move on. (That's my way of staying positive. :hihi: )

Awww. They got rid of the "GOT IT?" icon.

I sure will miss seeing it in every single post as I have for the last week.

Disappointing Day! Should have won. Big mistake on last play. I wonder what the coverage call was. Seems like we should have been in dime or quarter. Well anyway. looks like last year's championship took somewhat of a toll on this year's team. We weren't prepared to lose Mauck, Hill, Clayton, as well as all of the seniors. This year's teas was very young & I say overachieved. Thanks to the coaching. IMO. Looking forward to next year. We need a QB. Hopefully one of the frosh will step up. Offensive line was young & could not match last year's output. A little disappointed in out linebackers this year. Yeah, I know that CB's made some mistakes, but I thought they were solid this year. It's easy to blame Coaches, Jimbo, etc, for the play calling, but the fact is our jumbled up offensive line was not too good this year. In games that our offensive line dominated, Arkansas, Miss St. & some others, QB's looked good. In games that we could not run, well you know the rest. Anywho, IOWA is a very good team. Go tigers! PS. I already miss Ben Wilkerson, Marcus Spears, & Corey Webster.
