You got it all wrong. Our D is built around ASSIGNMENT FOOTBALL.. Meaning, playing your player and making plays. Which is what we are STARTING TO DO. THE Blitz will come. LSU is just now grasping Chavis............
I agree. You've got to have the players know their assignments and understand how the defense works before you can start sending pressure from different areas on the field. Besides, if holding opponents to under 300 yards of offense is a bad thing (haven't we done that in every game since Washington? ...what MSU put up?) then WHAT WOULD people consider good??? LSU is +7 in the Turnover department. Not bad for a so-called no-pressure D, huh?
