If the hawkeys play LSU - what a breath of fresh air! Iowa has played TN before and I'd rather we play LSU.

At this point, the Hawkeyes want to play Tennessee with their 3rd string QB Clausen. Better chance to beat TN at this point basically...

However, somebody is going to have to bite the bullet and wear pants that are not gold in color. maybe you guys can wear black? :thumb:

Clausen managed 38 points against Vandy ... we only scored 24.

Not sure if our offense is any better than UT with Clausen! :dis:

I think both teams can wear the same color pants,as long as the jerseys are different colors.

Vandy scored 33 on Tenn. We only gave up 7. :thumb: :yelwink2:

Wow, never thought about that..... We've never worn black pants that I am aware of. I just hope we can wear our home/Black jerseys.. don't yall wear white at home? I'm a fan of both teams wearing home uniforms in all bowl games....unless their colors are nearly the same.

Do you think our QB play has been any better than Clausen? I don't think it has.

I do think we are a better overall team than TN. It's unfortunate AU does not get to play a better quality team in the championship game.
