1. Brooks' biopsy came back positive; he has medulloblastoma, a rare form of brain cancer. The surgery to remove the tumor was successful and there's no indication the cancer has spread, but Brooks faces "months of intensive rehabilitation." TAF (with NCAA permission) has established the Greg Brooks Victory Fund to help pay the family's medical expenses. Donations are permitted through TAF.
  2. So has anyone played Hawkeye and figured out what the long term prognosis is? Is this survivable? What does the rest of his quality of life look like?
  3. I read that his speech will be permanently affected.
  4. Praying that is all and his cognitive functions are not impacted. Read somewhere he was responding and recognizing people after surgery. Will be giving. One can hope some of TAFs heavy hitters are doing same.

  5. Dandy Don reporting that he will be transferred to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital because the cancer he has is a children's cancer. Wish him all the best.
