The first time I ever went to the Times I ordered a burger and a Coke. The burger came with fries which I didn't order extra. The burger was just OK for a very generic tasting burger. The bill for a burgr and Coke came to $13. It turned out that the waitress was a friend so I felt obligated to leave a bigger tip than I was planning to. I never went back for a few years until this year when they started having all the crawfish you can eat for $20 on Mondays. They did have very large select crawfish that were well seasoned. Not a bad deal if you go at happy hour when you get 2 beers for the price of one.

Burgers are decent but overpriced. The boiled crawfish were surprisingly decent for a restaurant.

The quality at George's had really gone down. I don't eat there anymore. Time's isn't great, but they have a lot of variety. The Bayou Sunrise and the Tiger Burger are better than George's IMO.

I haven't seen that. Not at the original Georges on Perkins.

The Georges on Perkins used to be great and maybe they still are. I haven't had one in a few years. Since I live near the Highland Road Georges I eat there a lot more often and even when they first opened the Highland Georges burgers were not nearly as good as the Perkins Georges burgers. I once asked Smokey, the owner why this was and all he told me was that he buys the meat for all 3 locations at the same place. Even so, the Highland Georges burgers are far better than the Times. I hae never been to the Georges on Coursey.
