1. I guess he is getting fed up with Finebaum getting all the attention. He is taking some cheap shots at Miles again and making a big deal about nothing. I am surprised he fit some actual football information between jabs.:dis:

Perhaps the earliest spring football practice in the history of LSU is tentatively scheduled to start on Friday.

In the past, LSU has usually held spring drills in April and May. This is great news as there will again be no conflict with the Jazz Fest. This is why I love LSU coach Les Miles so much more than Nick Saban, who had no feelings for Jazz Fest and held spring drills in the spring.

Who will be the wide receiver coach? It's not Jerry Rice. The folks who said that were the same ones who had selective hearing at the Bayou Bash.

What do Crowton and possibly Roderick, considering their BYU background, think about all this cursing by their boss? It better #%&*@ end soon or somebody's going to have to go on a mission.

Will Les Miles be able to get over Nick Saban at Alabama already and coach his football team? One thing that the Bayou Bash cussing caper revealed is that Saban has clearly gotten under Miles' skin. And Saban only signed one guy from Louisiana! Miles got two from Alabama. What's the deal?

Will Miles wash his mouth out with soap like his wife told him? Just kidding.

What is the future status of the Bayou Bash recruiting party? What happens at the Bash stays at the Bash.

  2. :hihi: Duildeau might be an idiot, but that was pretty funny.
  3. So its a face off between two writers based in...Shreveport and Lafeyette? Thats really all I need to hear to explain alot of their behavior.
  4. Yeah because the people in BR are all aristocrats and patricians.
  5. DT is obviously one of those closed-minded morons who believe that the state of Louisiana extends about 50 miles from the State Capitol building in all directions. Fortunately there are only a few such knuckleheads on this board.

BTW, I love BR and a lot of other places and people from all parts of Louisiana.
  6. Yeah great post. Seriously :dis: ....

Actually I believe I have seen alot of LSU hate come from both Shreveport (LaTech) and Lafeyette (ULL) and that was the entire point of my post. Let me summarize this some more (though Im obviously too much of a "knuckhead" to be taken seriously): I have read many posts on these two schools boards and heard people with my own ears discuss how much they despise LSU and would love to kick our butts every time we play them in a sport because of how "arrogant" we are and how we "get all the press".

I do not insult people from other Lousiana cities just because they are not from or do not live in BR, as I try to support every athelete and team because I like to see Louisiana (my home state) get credit for the talent that comes from it. I have never made posts like this before either but I call them as I see them. Dont try to make ignorant assumptions about me like these, please, because they are very far from the truth. But maybe Im too much of a "close minded moron" to discuss this with you, because you obviously have an excellent assessment of me just from this one post.

And as for the aristocrat comment, you are making a vast assumption here because that was far, far off from the point. BR has as many rednecks in it as any other city (including by a large degree myself) so why would I seek to point the finger at another town like that when BR has its blatant flaws in and of itself?

  7. He is Louisiana's version of Finebaum, except not as good at what he does. And that is to get attention making outrageous statements.

  8. or post on this board....:hihi:
  9. I get your point DT, but Shreveport is definitely LSU biased. If you drive around Shreveport(the traffic is way better by the way) you would see way more LSU flags and stickers than LaTech. You can say LSU hate comes from Ruston, but not Shreveport. Believe me, I grew up there. I dont want you to think that just because some newspaper guy writes crap about LSU in the local paper means that is how whole region feels about LSU.
  10. Point taken as I am pointing towards my own personnal expieriences with Shreveportians. Ive been up there quite a bit, but I am not from there and thus cannot make as full of an assessment as you so I will most certainly take your word for it.
