1. I think he was projected 4th round, he goes early 3rd to San Diego.

Congratulations Chargers, you got yourself a pure D winner.

  2. this is a great fit and a wonderful place to play (weather wise at least).

from what i've heard they are going to keep him at RB and make him their pounder.

good place for a good guy.
  3. There is a bit of pissing and moaning round the office, not over Hester but giving up next years selection. For inspiration I hung the Hester "drive" wallpaper on the back of their door. They will get it soon enough.

Chargers, with a ton of talent locked for the next few seasons, are a tackel away from topping last years effort.

  4. I dont know if I would have gave up a future pick to get him myself. JMO
  5. Because he's white? :hihi:
  6. lol, no I would have just picked him earlier if they really wanted him that damn bad, why give up a pick. If you love a guy and you want to draft him, well hell just go and draft him.

  7. I think the Chargers made a safe selection. Hester was money. We're going to miss him this year.
  8. plus they lost the best blocking fullback the last 2 decades, whom the saints felt no need to keep--lorenzo neal.

hester wont be the blocking fb i wouldnt think. not leading the way for LDT.

i think he will be used more offensively--running/receiving.
  9. Special teams phenom as well. Who typically was the first player on the ball covering kicks? Thats right, cornbread in the thick.

Not bad for a two star outta Masterminds home town!

  10. He is from Shreveport, LA.
    my hometown:thumb:
