listening to sst.com on the radio on my way home. I swear I heard them say LSU had a commitment today from someone that was 6'9" and weighed 395. Tell me that I had too much hooch. You tigers DO realize that your young recruits have to be able to breathe and walk don't you?

    Herman Johnson
Apparently, once you are a certain size, you don't have to do the shuttle run any more...

I heard he was 8'4", 520# and shot lightining bolts out of his arse!

He should be able to Hermetically seal off the line of scrimmage.

I'll even groan at that one: GROOOOAAAANNN!

  6. The most consistant measurements I hear are 6'8, 395.

Huge man, hope he's a huge player.

Herman "Monster" Johnson has the distinction of being the largest baby ever born in the state of Louisiana. I think he was something like 14 pounds.

I imagine he'll play at less than 340, once he's in the conditioning program for a while. I remember when Arkansas had a bunch of offensive linemen over 350 pounds. They just waddled around out there and our defensive linemen just ran around them.

Same thing with Mississippi State a couple of years ago. They came in to Death Valley highly touted because of the huge O-line
that Sherrill had managed to assemble. By the 4th quarter, they
were sucking wind, because a quicker LSU "D" had worn them down. State ended up blowing a big 2nd half lead and losing to
    the Tigers in OT.
