1. I agree, looked like T-Bob did good! :geaux:
  2. Yea I know judgment calls are part of the game, and they usually go both ways. (I mean if they call holding on T-Bob for that block, that could've just as easily called a PI on the last play of the game.)
How many noticed the blatant holding on the VT safety that sprung the Boise RB on that big run last night? That no-call changed the game. How that was not seen, IDK.
Bad calls are gonna be made and penalties are not gonna be seen/called. It's the nature of the game, but I'm beginning to wonder how much of it is inept officials or officials with "agendas."
  3. "But DAAAD, that was my best block all night." :(
  4. Video will be up in a few minutes. At least from the ABC film I sure don't see anything that warrants calling back the TD. The only thing I can maybe, possibly see is T-Bob stayed on his guy a split second too long once he was on the ground, but that was after Ridley had already dashed by them and he couldn't possibly make a play on the ball.

I included a brief annotation to point him out on the video.
  6. Thanks. I thought it was a flag when I saw it live. When the defensive player gets between you and the ball carrier and there's a take down like that it usually draws a flag.

Does look like it was a good block though.
  7. Thanks for posting this. I don't see any holding. What a BS call! As others have said though, what do we expect from SEC officials...
  8. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who saw this. I was amazed the announcers didn't comment on it and then I remembered who they were and figured it made sense.
  9. just watched the video a few times.
I think they called out the wrong #.
prolly should have been on #64.

didn't have any effect on the play, but he's got an outstretched arm with a handful of jersey as the d-lineman is running away from him.
happened right in front of the ref, and he threw the flag dead at him.
  10. i was thinking the same thing.
