Tiger officially committed to play in the season opener next week. This will be the most watched golf tournament this year, with maybe the exception of the majors and the Ryder cup. Because no one moves the needle like Tiger. Plus Phil is playing and wants to be grouped with Tiger the first 2 days. And if by some miracle they are in the final group on Sunday, the tv station that is airing it will be drooling all over themselves.
Tiger was a phenom back in the mid 90's, now the younger guys coming in know his game and are better. Tiger will never regain his earlier form. He might as well retire and make it rain in the tittie bars.
Yeah his event with only 18 golfers in the field. Will be a good place for him to start. IF he's ready by then.
