:hihi: :hihi: LMAO ....envious of Bama???

Alabama football has been relegated to second-class status in the SEC.... they are an afterthought... an also-ran. Given their perfomance against Auburn since Tuberville's arrival, they should be considered as "owned."

Even for a longtime SEC observer like me, the Iron Bowl is losing it's luster because Alabam football has become so pitiful ...... and with no forseeable change in the next 4-5 years either. It's sad , really.....

BTW, the rent is overdue for Jordan-Hare West...make sure it gets paid. :hihi:

Curious, is Barnell still getting paid for that landscape work?

i was looking over some recruiting pub a few weeks ago. It seems AU has some serious talent coming in on the defensive side of the ball. There were 2 or 3 who really jumped out but i dont know the names. As usual, some potential great linebackers. Who were some of these? interested in how they rated, etc.

Well, we signed the #1 rated LB prospect in the nation, Tray Blackmon out of LaGrange. We also picked up a couple of 4 star recruits in Alonzo Horton out of New Orleans and then Rex Sharpe out of Fairfield. We should be set as far as LB's go...

Walter McFadden is incoming also and his film was s-o-l-i-d .... very fast and plays corner with superb technique, especially his hip control.

I'll also agree with Numa on Horton - he has looked really strong at both corner and safety, will likely play corner, and is not showing any noticable after effects of the injury he sustained in HS. His weight ballooned up a little, but he's back down to 225 now and is ripped. His jam on bump coverage is intimidating .... should be a fun player to watch develop.

If Horton ends up as a corner in the SEC I will be shocked!!! LB ok, even safety would be a shock.
