1. well...this is very true!
  2. Steve Lavin would be my first choice.
  3. The guy did wonders at Iowa State and like many college coaches couldnt cut it at the nba...oh well i want him hired.
  4. Mike Anderson - UAB

I really like this guy. Not the "best name" out there. Came out of Arkansas. Like the constant full-ct pressing/running his teams implement. Could spark interest back into :bball: . Not a very high price tag either. UAB is now 10-3.

Fits in very well to the athletic team we have. Must go 9-10 deep.

Seems like The General is looking to get out. You don't know until you ask.
  5. Yeah that game UAB beat Kentucky last year was one of the most entertaining games i have seen in years....
  6. I've benn wanting Tim Floyd as the coach for a long time. He would bring stability back to the program along with an sec championship. T.Floyd can win anywhere in college!
  7. I beg to differ about not being able to cut it in the NBA. No one could have won with the mess he steped into with the Bulls. And to make the playoffs last year with the Hornets was a great accomplishment.

  8. This coming from a guy who has never seen a shot behind the arc that he didn't like. (Inside joke).

I agree about Floyd. He's a good coach with many ties to the southeast and Louisiana especially. He could do a lot at a school like LSU.
  9. Floyd has always been a favorite of mine from a College Perspective
  10. Look at the whore-nets this season and it should show you what a good job he did last year. I can't see any way that Floyd would not be an improvement over what we now have. As much as most thought coaches would be knocking down the door to coach the football team one year removed from a championship and loaded with talent you have to admit the list wasn't nearly as long as most thought. How long do you think the line will be to take over a basketball program that has been dismal for years? I hope Skip knows how to beg.
