Other than to despise them both, how can anyone take the parties seriously? While the People ping pong blame the plundering by law continues unabated. It really doesn't matter who is the regime du jour, they suck about equally.
With a lot of help from Clinton, Frank, et.al. But now it's Obama's watch. And it's Obama's stimulus that's not doing what he said it would. And it's Obama who's talking about another stimulus. And it's Obama who is trying to sneak through a trillion dollar Health Care Plan despite most Americans being opposed. And it's Obama who wants to Cap and Tax us in an attempt to acheive an impossible goal. And it's Obama who has, thus far, sat on his hands for 53 days while McChrystal and his troops wait for help. And it's Obama who brings Communists and Socialists into the White House. And it's Obama who preaches transparency while writing the health care bill behind closed doors. And it's Obama who preaches bi-partisanship while excluding GOP from the process of writing the bill. And it's Obama who hires people who don't pay their taxes. And it's Obama...well, you get the idea.
It was the Obama administration that told us without the "stimulus" bill the unemployment rate would hit about 8.5 percent in 2009 and then continue rising to a peak of about 9 percent in 2010. With the stimulus, they predicted the unemployment rate would peak at just under 8 percent in 2009. The unemployment rate currently stands at 9.8% and soon will be hitting double digits. Clearly the Obama administration was confident 9 months ago that their policies would by now have a profound positive effect on the economy that they adopted from the Bush administration. So now that we see their projections to be way off and the unemployment rate to be much worse you want to blame it on Bush. Sorry, this is Obama's economy now.
