Hornets get Posey
  1. nola.com says James Posey agrees to a 4-year deal with the Hornets. Nothing to link to yet but a one-line bulletin.
  3. Just saw it there myself...they consider it a pretty big deal for the Hornets.
  4. Posey is a good player. But he is sort of a "hero of the week" because of his stretch of 2-3 games in the Finals.

    I do not think his impact will be nearly as big as the pundits expect.

    I relate this "hero of the week" to Boobie Gibson of the Cavs.

    Everyone considered him to be the guy who would "put Cleveland over the top" because he had a good 2007 playoffs, but he tapered off this year.
