Can we hang some of this on the players, please? I see Beckwith and Adams hustling, and the rest of the team standing with their privates in their hands. No DB sticks his nose in a play other than Adams. The D-line has zero motor. Jones is out of position constantly. White can't make a play on the ball to save his life. You can only do so much as a coach. They're not blameless, but these players are giving 50%.
Oh yea, players just need to make plays. I mean, basically 80% of the people that went out on D tonight will have an NFL career; but they just need to make plays.
If Les is coming back next year, is Steele? Under that scenario, do you give Steele another year? We know some of the issues with his scheme and having the wrong personnel. Do you give him more time, see what he can do? Of course if Les isn't coming back, Steele is gone too.
They have sucked the last 3 games and they dont suck as capable players. You know the difference dont you?
