What a week for the SEC! Nutt falls from #1 to #6. Coach O vaults from #2 to #8. Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban, who was in the bottom 10 just two weeks ago, makes his first appearance in the Top 5! Miles is #110 between Mangino and 1 Pete.

I'm curious how Coach fran could be at #4. Everyone knows he's gone.

Therefore, that leads us to the obvious conclusion that there is a serious problem within this Alabama team, because only a team that has quit on their coach would have lost to La. Monroe. Saban needs to quit laying awake at night and worrying about why he left LSU, and start coaching and getting the attention of this Alabama football team, or he is going to find himself out of a job (no, not this year, but it could happen sooner than he would have ever imagined) which would effectively end his coaching career. It is Alabama or nothing for Saban, and his focus needs to be on coaching, not how his image in the national press is at any given moment. We are about to find out if Alabama is “really” where Saban wants to be.
