A lot of his assistants are leaving too. Nick won't have anybody to yell at.

Nick knows and accepts the fact that assistants will leave for better positions elsewhere. He's found acceptable replacements in the past and I don't see that changing today. An assistant elsewhere would be out of his mind not to want to coach under Nick.

 

That brought a chuckle.

 

He also figured out how to hire an army of analysts instead of coaches/assistants.
