If so, what was it called before?

I agree. I mean skip was great but they've damn near named the university after him. At some point we should probably have done enough.

 

I think naming the field for him is more fitting than a street, anyway. Why they didn't do that in the first place is beyond me.

 

I think it's somewhat common in baseball to have "so and so" field at "such and such" stadium.

And the only thing we'd ever name after Smoke would be the shitters.

 

Along side the Bobby Jindal urinals.
