LSU has won as many SEC championships in the last three days (men's and women's basketball) as Ole Miss has won in the last 30 years (that includes football, baseball, men's and women's basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball).
Speaking of ole miss, I was listening to the Jimmy Ott show today and one of the callers wanted to get rid of some of the the banners in the P-MAC. I agree. Banners such as co-west champs and such things should be all on one banner maybe if at all... because they don't really mean anything. Sort of like how Ole Miss has a co-west champs banner in their football staduim for 2003. The same year LSU won the SEC-West, SEC, and National title in football. I realize that our arena will not have as much glitter if we take them down, but who does this really impress anyway? It isn't like the 5 time national champs billboard in Alex box. Hopefully, LSU can build off of this year and add some real banners in the P-MAC. Plus this season is not over with yet for the Men or Women... Who knows what types of banners we might have after it is said and done.

I do not mind co-shamp banners, but as someone suggested putting them all on one would be better. We're not like Ole Piss though to the point of flat out bending the truth with such things.
