Iron Chef - Battle Crawfish
  1. French chef Phillipe Aubron has challenged Iron Chef French Sakai and the ingredient is crawfish. Aubron is making crawfish bisque.
  2. The announcer says "crayfish are tough" Sakai is making a crawfish pie.
  3. Sakai wins. I wish I had been in Kitchen Stadium. I can't match Sakai in presentation but I would have kicked his ass in the taste of crawfish dishes. Especially if the judges were non Japanese Cajuns.
  4. Wish I would have seen this one. At least the dishes would have looked somewhat edible.
  5. Crawfish are not difficult to cook with.
    Octopus maybe.
