No offense, but I think all superstitions are ridiculous. The Tigers wore purple at home during the Arnsparger years and no one complained back then. They wore white all the time during DiNardo's last two seasons, and they brought them no magic at all. I always liked the purple jerseys myself (now, the yellow ones are a different matter...)

It's kinda' cool that the Saints face Spurrier on the same week that LSU plays the Gators. Florida and Spurrier will go down Sat. and Sun.
Purple a Positive? Recruits seem to like the purple Jerseys. If we win, in purple, it could be the deciding factor in a recruits mind. Purple looks good on TV also.
I believe the visiting team has to wear white. We get permission to where white at home games from the visiting team. And I like the purple jersey.
